Someone else's chests in my shop

I just rented shop atlantisbuildsmall16 in SVS and after I created some chests, they become owned by user xxcatattackxx according to /cinfo. I cannot do anything with them including remove them. Very odd since the room was empty when I started.

I'm guessing they are related to who previously rented the shop. In any case, can someone change ownership to me or just delete them (and any other artifacts from that user). I do have a few chests selling stuff right now too.
