generally if the mods are both family-friendly and do not violate server rules, it should be okay. i would check with a moderator (as i did, too, you're not alone ) just to see if it would be allowed, though.
By singleplayer "server" do you mean a singleplayer world? If so, yes. You may post videos of yourself playing on Sandlot (only Optifine allowed here), or yourself playing in singleplayer. Your video may not show any personally identifying information. We would prefer that you only showcase Minecraft mods that offer appearance upgrades or mods that add fun (family friendly) items (cars, other animals, etc). Please avoid showcasing any mods that have weapons not found in Minecraft such as guns, tanks, etc. Please don't showcase mods that allow players to "cheat" on multiplayer servers (ore finders, PvP hacks, etc.).
