Hello, I'm writing because my son's VIP benefits have seemingly expired though I converted his account to the new payment system (recurring) and can see a successful paypal payment on March 11. And (though I don't believe this has anything to do with the VIP issue) to possibly complicate matters he also changed his Minecraft username this morning... old name: shinyPokemon new name: blazehunt3r Thanks for any assistance (and for this great family-friendly community)!
