Just wanted to inform you that there is a forum section called "Sandlot Support" which contains a category called "Bug Reports". While "Get Help!" is certainly a good place for this, the "Bug Reports" area allows for the maker of the thread to specify the Sandlot World with the problem (or you can choose "All Servers" for a Sandlotwide problem, as well as "Website" for a forums issue).

At the top of the section, the first two threads, titled "All Servers READ THIS FIRST: Known Issues" and "Writing a Bug Report (Guide)" respectively may help you create a nice, detailed report. Your explanation is good; however, it may be more easily noticed if placed under the "Bug Reports" section. (Perhaps this is due to the colorful signs which tell you where the problem lies. )

When someone goes to post a Bug Report thread, they get a special setting of choosing a prefix before the title. This should appear at default as (No Prefix) with a dropdown arrow you can click to view the location selection. The first two threads mentioned above to view should help with how to explain information as well.
