So i was opening minecraft for the first time on my new computer, and it said " if you are running it on a dmg you need to install it again on applications." or something close. So i dragged it to applications and nothing happned. Next i opened the minecraft site and redownloaded minecraft. I will try again in about 2 hours, but onething i need help with is it says to download as a dmg. How do i not download like that?
My dad solved this and i was on Mac. I was trying to solve it by myself but turns out it was my role on the computer
