    getting a lot of likes and posting lots of msgs ur rank goes up and stops at grandmaster

    You have to get all of the trophies available to get Grandmaster on the forum :)

    But still, it doesn't conflict with Helper and Administrator and Moderator ranks. Those are granted if you are nice, helpful, and kind on the server and forums.

    There is no conflict. The ranks you refer to are forum ranks. The online ranks are seen in as banners below the forum ranks. The two (or more) are unrelated.
