I am in the middle of moving my domain name to a new domain registrar because my current one is terrible. During this transfer, the server.sandlotminecraft.com subdomain may appear to be unreachable. If that happens for you, please use the direct IP address to connect to The Sandlot: 142.4.217.143 I would like to recommend that everybody add the server to their multiplayer server list using this IP address, at least for the next 5 days. That way, if you are unable to connect using server.sandlotminecraft.com, you will still be able to join using the IP address directly. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience and understanding.
This is something that should be transparent to you guys anyway. I am curious why you guys care about it.

Well I'm not sure what Sandlot uses, but I use NameCheap for mine. It's a great company to register a domain with.
Yeah, there's been two crashes in the last 30 minutes, but they're short so I guess its just the DNS thing.
