Replying From Other Threads?

    Whenever I do it, I click Reply on the post I want to quote and copy the text in the text box. Then I paste it into the thread I want to show that quote in.

    Aidan, I don't understand your question.

    When a player starts a new thread, with the same kind of information from an existing thread, I move the post and delete the duplicate thread. I send the thread originator a note to say why I deleted their thread. That is why the moved post will say "Reposted from another thread."

    This is part of our moderating duties.

    I use the procedure that @Kyukuro described above.

    For example, @LifeLearner, in some threads I've seen people reply to let's say, one of Sandlot's rules on that page to another page.
