Instructions of how to apply to compete as well as other information on rules, prizes, and more are below. Spoiler: How to Apply If you want to compete, you can reply down below "My name is ____ and I want to compete." You do also have the option of messaging me in-game when I am online. Spoiler: Rules If you're going to perform anything in spoken words, play a song in note blocks, and/or build for your talent (or anything else), it must be appropriate and follow the Sandlot rule guidelines. Spoiler: Buildings Buildings must be made on your plot. You must message me on forums (in conversation) or in-game that you'll be showcasing a creation with the plot ID. Spoiler: Performance Time You'll be given 3 minutes to perform and/or showcase. You must not go over the limit. Some players can only be online for a certain amount of time and they'd like to see the whole show. Spoiler: Performance Ideas Here are some ideas of what you could perform in Minecraft. Sandlot's Got Talent happens 6 days from now! I cannot wait to see all of those who attend and perform! Rehearsals were today: Spoiler: Rehearsals There were multiple performers! Firepyth showed off some of his parkour skills. It isn't mentioned in the photographs but trubuhl showcased his afk skills too.
Rip I missed rehearsals but I've decided to build a movie theater instead. Its close to being done, when can I do a rehearsal?
I should’ve specified that the rehearsal shown above was for the technician as well as the judges. The rehearsals were to get familiar with the process of SGT. Since you’re a competitor, all you’ll need to do is show up and present your build (which will be copied and pasted onto my plot a day before). The best you can do is rehearse and go over what you plan to say to the audience as your build is being presented as well as adding final details to your creation before the day of the event.
Oh ok, can't wait to go finish the build. All it needs is details on the outside and a snack dispenser and I'm done after those
