locking stuff?

How do I lock some doors and chests....eta... But not some?
I don't trust some but there friendly sooo....please help it would be great thanks in advance

 

What server? Perhaps I can offer more assistance if you can tell me what server. Generally, the command is /cmodify [Player-name] to allow that player to access chests, doors, and the like.

Also, make sure you check this (http://www.sandlotminecraft.com/index.php?pages/commands/) link for all commands you can use on Sandlot.

Then, yes, it's either /cmodify [playername] or /trust if it's not locked. If you have a Lockette sign on your chest, you might have to look up Lockette tutorial - I'm slightly hazy on the details.

To lock your chest put a sign on them saying (private)

Lockette is pretty easy in my opinion you just put a sign on the chest saying (private)
(playername)

I'm not sure if it still is this way as I don't play easy much but if I'm not mistaken if you pout a sign on any container it will automatically protect it.

 

Just press LShift and place a sign, then pop out of writing text.
