Hello, I've been really happy that I found this server for my son. He's a sweet boy, and has been having a great time. Everyone has been so nice, and he's made some friends. Today, he's been unable to connect to world. I can see on the server info that there are people connected, and the connection strength is good, but unfortunately he can't log in. I seriously doubt he has done anything wrong, but what is the message provided if someone is banned? Just trying to figure out how to get him on today. He's pretty bummed. Thanks, Ryan
Hi there! I am so happy to hear your son is enjoying Sandlot! It's a fantastic server with an even better community. What is the error message you get when you try to log in? If your account was banned, it would clearly say so when you tried to log in. So, I wouldn't worry that this is the case. I assume it has something to do with
Thank you for replying! I seriously doubted any mistakes were made, but I know some things happen unintentionally. The exact error is "unable to connect to world". I've removed an re-added the server, went though xbox app and updated, updated launcher, rebooted and tried to connect again. However, I still get the same error message.
Now and then there is an update that can cause this problem for bedrock players. We might not have the update yet (usual problem), but will soon. In a day or so.
I see this as well with bedrock. I am looking into it. Thank you for asking about, and apologies for the inconvenience!
And we're back! An update to the plugin we use to support bedrock seems to have broken things. We're all set now.
