I was wondering how I would be able to apply to the whitelist without having to create a new forums account. I have played on the server previously many years ago, but my account is not currently whitelisted. I noticed the way to apply to the whitelist was to create a forums account, but I would like to avoid having to make a new account because this account uses the same email as my Minecraft account after the Microsoft migration. I also tried using the link in the FAQ but it just redirected me to the home page of the forums. Any help with a possible application would be greatly appreciated.
Your account is still whitelisted and shows as having a valid status (not banned). I don't see a recent attempt to log onto the server in our logs. The last login that I see for your UUID was 15 June 2022. Your Java-edition account is whitelisted, so be sure to join using Java (not Bedrock). What error message do you see when you try to log onto the server? Please advise what time you tried unsuccessfully to log onto the server, so we can look at the logs for errors.
I tried logging onto the server at 1:12 PM EST August 8th, 2025. I think the issue might be that my old Mojang account, which I lost due to account migration, is whitelisted but my new microsoft account is not. A screenshot of the error message I receive is listed below as well.
Let's see if I understand your situation correctly... You were unable to migrate the IceBearJones account, and therefore you no longer have control of that specific account. You want to whitelist a new Minecraft account, that you got because you no longer control the IceBearJones account. You want to use the same email address for your new account as what you used previously, but the whitelist application wants you to have a discrete email address. You want to keep this forum account that shows how long you've been a Sandlot member and other information. If I have all of that correct, then here is what you do. You will have to whitelist your new account because accounts are registered by their unique UUID or XUID. After the new account is whitelisted, we can merge the forum accounts and that will transfer the information from the IceBearJones forums account. You can use the same basic email address, yet make it discrete by using plus addressing. You do this by using the plus symbol [+] and some characters after the first part of your email address, but before the @ symbol. [Make all of this connected, with no spaces.] It will look like this: name+username@gmail.com. [You don't have to use your username, you could use +Sandlot or +Minecraft, etc.] Any email sent to this address will go directly to the same email account. This does not create a separate email account. Using this discrete email address, complete a new whitelist application for the account you use now to play Minecraft. In the optional remarks section, tell us that this is a new account to replace IceBearJones and you wish to have the forums accounts merged. If you no longer control the IceBearJones account, then we will remove that UUID from our whitelist so nobody can join using that account.
