It usually takes a few hours... it depends if it's close to a holiday, and if a moderator is available... have you been approved yet?

No....the reason it is whitelisted it because some bad person can't get or....on you can have a big ban history ect. So that's why you have to fill in the request.

 

oh, so then when will the applications get acepted? probably within a few hours.. but how does it work?

 

It also depends if its near a holiday (which it is) and if a mod has time ect.
