Can't Connect To The Server.

When I try to connect it just says "Logging In" for a long time, it doesn't do it with any other server, so it's a Sandlot problem, any ideas?

 

I don't think it's sandlot I just checked if I can get on and it logged me on

 

My dad said, "If you can connect to (server name), then it's a Sandlot problem." I can't connect to the server at all..
