Ever wondering how to get help? These are some ways to get help In-game and on forums. Forums 1. You can create a post in the "Get Help" forum. Your problem will be answered within a day most likely. 2. You can PM any helper (pink banner below name), Moderator (green banner below name) or any player you would like, although helpers most likely can fix gameplay problems and mods can fix major disputes or bugs. 3. Read past Help forum posts and search for your answer. There most likely will be a past thread with what you are looking for. You can also check the FAQ's page! That will be the fastest for common answers. 4. Email admin@sandlotminecraft.com (last resort) #1 is the fastest, #2 is the 2nd fastest, and #4 is the slowest. Always do #3 before you do anything though. In-game 1. You can fill out a /helpme request. Do /helpme (problem) and a helper will be notified and you will be helped immediately. 2. You can message a specific staff member. Helpers have pink stars besides their name and moderators have green names. 3. Ask in chat! There is already a lot of sticky threads, but as long as someone replies to it once in a while or so players will still see it.
I would like to say that you will get help MUCH faster if you post a thread in the Get Help! forum rather than sending a PM to moderators or sending an email. That way the entire Sandlot community can help you, rather than a handful of people. Email is only checked every day or two, and moderators get so many PMs that sometimes they are forgotten or don't get replied to for several days.
