Cannot log in to mojang

Hi, I could not log onto my account on mojang.com, so I did the obvious and reset my password. Now, with the same exact email I got the email from mojang on and literally copying and pasting the password from when I reset it, and I still cannot get onto my account. thx, -Union

 

Are you getting an "InvalidCredentialsException"? If so, it is saying the email or password is wrong. If this occurs multiple times, the account is locked for 24 hours. Sometimes you will get this message due to updates/upgrades, and Mojang suggests waiting 30 minutes to an hour and trying again.

If the problem still occurs after 24 hours, Mojang suggests calling Customer Support.

 

You did spell it with 2 i's, not 3, right?

 

It is on mojang.com, not in the launcher. I have already sent an email to mojang

 

Assuming you've already done this, but if not I'm pretty sure you need to use your email to sign in the Mojang, not your Minecraft account name.

 

I can log onto mc for some reason, but not mojang.com. Contacted mojang support about website.

 

Pie, it's a running joke with me and "Uinionminecraft"...if you read the body of the message before, I reference email.

 

Fixed! I can log onto mojang!


And JK, before you know it, UinionMinecraft may enter sandlot, or _Union... Or Uinion... Who knows
