Confirmed, logged in, but no server access

hi all
we have had our application confirmed (email came in four (4) days ago but we have no notification to log into Sandlot Server. There has been nothing in the junk mail folder and it shows The Sandlot Server at mUltiplayer stage, it just keeps telling us we have been 'kicked'. Mojang servers are fine, so any other suggestions gratefully received. Thank you

Verify you are using Minecraft 1.11 to attempt to connect to Sandlot, please.

I just checked, you seem to be good to go on our end. If you can provide the exact error message, if you still cannot connect, it would help.

 

Hi JackenKracken, it says 'Connection Lost' then in red font 'Kicked whilst connecting to lobby! The Sandlot is whitelisted. Visit www.sandlotminecraft.com to sign up'. Then 'Back to Server List'. Obviously, I must be missing a step somewhere? I start by clicking Multiplayer, the Sandlot image /blurb comes up showing a number out of 250. I highlight the Sandlot logo/blurb that says The Sandlot A Family-Friendly Server http://www.sandlotminecraft.com with the number of out 250 - Underneath it says scanning for games on your local network. I then click Join Server at the bottom of the page - it says Connecting then we go back to 'Connection Lost' 'Kicked whilst connecting to Lobby!'. I am sure you will know what the issue is in a heartbeat, but we have quit, restarted the computer several times, and my son is a little frustrated with me! Thanks in advance for any assistance. Hi, I had the exact same issue as VCFL above. I have the same message given to me and we are running 1.11. I was accepted on the site on Friday but unable to connect to server. Can you help me too?
