Plot walls/floors

So, uh.. I'm trying to set the wall of my plot to certain blocks, and.. I'm trying to figure out how to set it to specific variants of blocks. Anybody know how? o -o

I know that, but I can't figure out how to get specific variants of blocks... (e.g. colored concrete powder, or specific stone/dirt)

 

I think you can put in the block ID
(eg. 95:11)
