I need help seeing this part of the forums

can someone show me the part where it shows you how to get helper and stuff (also what your role is as a helper) it'll take a long time but i wish to be one, one day!

Helpers are players who assist Sandlot Moderators in keeping this server safe, and they have pink stars next to their usernames. They are also great people to ask for help if you need it, or if you just need someone to talk with.

Here are also the requirements taken from the FAQ page lady linked:

"How do I become a Helper?

In order to qualify for the Sandlot Helper rank, a player must show the following traits:

• Be at least somewhat active on the forums, by posting, sharing, and answering questions.
• Be active and helpful in in-game chat.
• Be friendly and respectful to others in-game.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of the server rules, and have no serious offenses (bans, etc.).
• Have been a regular player for at least six months, with several logins per week."

 

to add on to what candy and lady said, sandlot staff choose helpers, you can't volunteer for the position
