Help! I filled out the whitelist application but I still can't get on Sandlot!

Sometimes it takes a few days for the moderators to see and fully whitelist/email someone
But I know you should get an email back soon

I also signed up a couple days ago for my second child's account. I clicked the link in the confirmation email and it seemed successful. My second child's forum account let's them login, but they don't have permission to post. Also checked spam folder and there wasn't anything there. Thank you! We love the server. It's very friendly.

 

Do I need to create an account for both me and my son? I did write their Minecraft name in the comments section on the form

Hello, could I possibly get some help. I signed up to The Sandlot with my email on behalf of my son. I received an email saying 'Your application has been processed'. He logged into his xbox account (using his email I set up for him). We are trying to connect on his Nintendo Switch using his gamertag SoloSpider67. We reconfigured the DNS settings and when we try and connect to any Sandlot server, it says we are not whitelisted. We tried to add the SandlotMC as a friend which did not work. Please can you let me know what I did wrong, was it perhaps that I created a Sandlot account with my email address and he is trying to connect using the email address that is attached to his xbox account? Thanks.

Heya Jerry! Once you whitelist it may take anywhere til 5mins-2days, Moderators accept whitelists manually.
