Hi all, My daughter loves the Sandlot and plays on a switch 2. For over a year, we have used the custom DNS settings to log in. No problems connecting to the wifi. Today, it suddenly does not work and we get an error code 2110-3127. Her switch will not join the wifi network with custom DNS. If I change it to automatic, it connects (but then we don't have access to the Sandlot). No changes have been made to the router, no recent firmware updates. I am reasonably tech savvy but unable to solve this. Any ideas?
I switched to automatic settings and connect to the wifi. I then tried adding sandlotmc as a friend, but everything in the menus looks different from the help guide. I don't see any "joinable cross-platform friends" after adding them as a friend. Any help is appreciated, thanks
Can you please retry both methods and share your results? I've restarted a couple of processes, but I haven't been able to test from my switch.
They both worked, thank you! My daughter is so happy! The Switch connected to the wifi with custom DNS no problem. And she says the server is joinable from the social tab as well
