Why cant i use a lava bucket in creative?

PvP is enabled, Fire is enabled, and Redstone is enabled. However, when I try to use a lava bucket in my plot, I get the message:

"(FAWE) You are not allowed to use a lava bucket."

Is there any way I can fix this, or is lava bucket usage locked?

Lava has created a lot of lag in previous years, therefore it has been locked for the future to come.

There is no way to fix this issue as it is part of the system.
