Help! I filled out the whitelist application but I still can't get on Sandlot!

The application was reprocessed and you were able to connect. There are a number of reasons that an application can not/did not fully process. As for how the server works, we’ll decline to reveal that, for obvious reasons.

 

Your status is confirmed as valid, you are whitelisted. What is your error message?

 

I don't see that referenced earlier on this thread. Please provide the exact error message.

 

OK, we have an issue here. Gheemsterk72 is what you are actively connecting to forums with. Gheemsterk87 is a different Java Minecraft account, and not a Bedrock account. Can you clarify what version of Minecraft you are using and verify with what player name. IF you are trying to connect with Gheemsterk87, we need to rerun an application review before whitelisting. gheemsterk86 is a Java account, for your reference.

 

To confirm, you wish us to remove the whitelisting of Gheemsterk72, rename the account to gheemsterk87, and process the application for approval again, correct?

 

OK. Gheemskerk72 is removed from access. gheemskerk87 is approved and added.

 

Your Minecraft profile is registered on Sandlot using it's discrete ID number. That number remains the same even when you change the username / gamertag. So, you should be all set!
