Hello, my app has been denied twice now for invalid account. I've verified that there were not typos and its spelled correctly. It is a brand new account for my oldest daughter, my youngest has been white listed for a few weeks without an issues. I'm not sure what to do, I replied to the first app email with a picture of the account name and didn't hear back so I applied again thinking maybe since the account was so new that it wasn't passing whatever account verification takes place.
