How long does it take to get an appeal looked at? My husband is very sorry for his typo. He was doing more than one thing at a time and was talking and typing and mistyped something. He sent in an appeal but hasn't heard back. That was a couple days ago (May 5th my bday). Thoughts? Thanks!
A maximum amount would be 3 days. If they recognize it was REALLY a mistake, than I might take about a night, as what happened to me. :roll:
I would suggest resending it and explaning in the "anything else we need to know box" that this is a second request because you misspelled something in the first request.
if you tell me the players username I can look up the ban myself, although looking at that date there were only two auto bans that day and neither was a typo. if its not a typo they will just have to wait for cheracc to lift the ban via the appeal process, this can take a few days it really depends on cheraccs availability.
