My kids have all received approval for the white-list, over a week ago. I have added sandlot as one of the cross platform friends. However when I try to join the server it says The connection to the host was lost. If that world is still being hosted, please check your internet connection and try to connect again. I know my connection is fine as I can join other non-whitelistes servers. Any ideas? Thanks!
Sometimes when connecting for the first time, you have to persist and try a number of times to get a connection. I finally had to use a VPN for my bedrock account to connect and be playable (otherwise it lagged a lot). Also, you might re-add the sandlot? The VPN option often is part of your internet service or antivirus service. You might try re-reading the connections options in the FAQ, sometimes it gives two paths to connect. All I can think of at the moment. Please provide device details if you still can't get it connected, so the admin can review connection attempts.
