Avatar won't load :(

    Despite following directions (click on Avatar, and select my namem, load and wait...waited quite a while and it stopped but never loaded) I can't make it do it. Help?

    This happens to me too...i got a new skin and it won't let me load it.

    It loaded in the selection screen, this time...but is still a white box on the forums...any suggestions?

    It's because the source where we are getting the skins doesn't work anymore. There's a fix out for it, but cheracc has not had time to implement it yet. We are aware of the issue.

    I take that back, looks like it was just updated yesterday. Woohoo!

    Still seems to be a little unreliable, but I have seen some people's skins get updated already. We are using https://minotar.net

    The site that we use to get minecraft avatars is very unreliable. Unfortunately, as cheracc is very busy with more important matters, we might have to live with this for a while.

    c0w did say that some people's avatars were updated, and quite a few were for a while, but most of them reverted to their old skin for some reason...
