How do you get Staff? i heard you earn it... but iv never seen anybody actually "earn" it. and it appears that you need V.I.P. for it too. Thank you, Dep
I believe that helpers are selected based on maturity, kindness, helpfulness etc. You don't apply for any staff ranks, the current staff choose players. Elders are also selected based on building skill. Also, you don't need to buy VIP to be a staff member, it's optional Hope this helped! ~Gloss
