My son was banned for an accidental typo. The ban has been lifted (weeks ago) but he is still unable to chat in the server. He is only allowed to do commands, but not talk to other players. Whats the solution for this? Thanks!
Go to ESC > Options > Multiplayer Settings and make sure the chat button at the top is set to Shown. It might be on Commands Only. Hope this helps
Go to the main website and click "help" and then click "appeal a ban" And appeal it there. Hope this helped
Since your son's chat is on, there is a great chance he has been muted. I would recommend to PM cheracc and see what caused this.
I cannot figure out what has happened with his chat. I've tried unmuting, so he is not muted, but the only thing I can think of is if the auto language ban messed up the chat. :/
I have tried to help him also, to no avail. There's no errors in the logs that I can see. I asked if maybe the people he were talking to ignored him, but he says no. I suggested he PM cheracc.
Hmm, the ban could have (not sure, not great with computer junk) but just maybe permenently messed up something D= Im sorry to hear about this and i wish I could be more help.
Im not so sure but mabey mutting then unmute him? Im not 100% it will work but I just thought id give an idea.
