A little while ago, my kids and I received emails notifying us that we are whitelisted. However we are not able to connect. We each get the following error: "Connection Lost Kicked whilst connecting to lobby: The Sandlot is down for maintenance. Come back later." From the server list, it doesn't appear to be down. It says there are 79 people playing. Our minecraft usernames are: swisscheesier true_jedi buildit_girl I'd appreciate some assistance. Thanks! Doug
This means that the server is down for maintence. Cheracc has been scheduling some server maintence to clean up the server, install new plugins, etc. The server will usually be back up in a couple hours.
Thanks ljl23. I would normally think that, but it appears that there are even more people on now. In my server list, it now shows 84/250, more than before. Does that mean that the maintenance is allowing some in and not others? We'll keep trying today. Thanks, Doug
I can think of two possibilities here. 1: People already on aren't being kicked off, or 2: When cheracc set the test server only to be accesiblt to those whitelisted for more than two weeks, he unwittingly did that to the main server.
Whats happening is the server is still up but cheracc or something is being fixed or fixing something. But the people that are on are been on before it went down just wait a little bit. Also Welcome and sorry for the inconvenience.
My whitelisting script didn't update properly during today's maintenance. I have it fixed now, and you should have received another set of emails. You should be good to go now. Sorry about that.
