What is your son's username? I will try to help when I am online. Any moderator should be able to type /plot list (username) to get a plot number.
I was on earlier but me and Bob couldn't seen to get your son to get you so that we could help you. Try doing /plot visit (your sons username)
If it's a plot that interfered with the world border, you will not be teleported there because the north center of the plot is on the opposite side of the border. I've seen several plots that have been claimed near the world border edge, including ones that go beyond it. And just a side note, the highest plot number (lowest if number is negative) is 526314. 526315 exists on the world border, and you will not teleport. Also double check and make sure no typos are being made. If necessary copy the command from the creative reference and press Ctrl+V to paste into chat.
So here's what I think. Is he a V.I.P? Well if so it's very easy for me if not, I still can get the plot back. The same thing happened to someone else. A different person has to visit the plot then he tpa's to you. Tell him to ask someone on creative do do /plot visit your sons MC user and if that doesn't work, Tell me. I have about 4 things we could do.
Plot 19,-9 is shown for the username @MamaPicaPiedra . You may try this command: /plot tp 19;-9 The semicolon is essential. Or /plot visit 19;-9 Or /plot visit MamaPicaPiedra Or, you may use these coordinates to fly there: X:1060 Y:65 Z:547 If you open f3 on your computer, you should see a lot of information at the top of your screen. On the left side, about halfway down are the coordinates. Please let us know if you have more trouble finding your plot.
Type and enter the command /plot auto This will automatically teleport to an available plot, and will claim it for you. Alternatively, you can look for an empty and unclaimed plot manually, by flying around. Then you will need to use the command /plot claim whilst standing inside of it.
