Earlier today when trying to send a request to another player my kid received a warning from the chat filter about using the word butter. Not sure what is wrong with that word, but anyway. ... the player's name included this word, so we couldn't figure out how to send them a request without using it! The kiddo kept trying thinking he was spelling it wrong so ended up with several warnings of a ban so is now a bit worried.
'Butter' and 'budder' are banned from the chat filter due to them being commonly used words by an unfriendly youtuber. If he was trying to say a player's username, you can post it here and it can be corrected into the filter. If he did end up banned, you can go to the main website and click Help > Appeal a Ban. Hope that helps
Thank you for clearing that up SnoopyBanna. I thought the chat filter was for swearing and such and couldn't really explain to him why he wasn't allowed to say butter! Luckily though we didn't get a ban The username he was trying to say was AButterWarrior.
cheracc was trying to let people say "butter" as in usernames, but AButterWarrior hasn't been on in awhile so I doubt he was added to the list.
