Hello, I recently signed up my son to The Sandlot under Solospider67 but we are really struggling with getting access to the server on his Nintendo Switch. I received an email saying our application has been processed (we created this account using my email address). We went to add SandlotMC as a friend on Nintendo Switch under his Microsoft account (his has a different email address) but his gamertag is still SoloSpider67. We amended the primary DNS settings on his Nintendo Switch but it is still saying we are not whitelisted. Please could you someone help explain what we are doing wrong. Apologies for posting here, I have read all the FAQs but cannot find the answer. Thank you.
