As a long time sandlot member i always knew that creepers did no damage. Has that changed on SVS? A creeper near me did area damage. Plz help
Creepers should be able to harm you @gogogan - but I'm not sure if they should do area damage... Could you specify what that area damage is, like did they mob grief?
It doesn't matter whether or not the explosion was underground. As long the blocks are unclaimed, creeper explosions can damage the surrounding environment.
From my experience, creepers do not do any block damage unless they are inside a claim, and the command /claimexplosions has been used. Creepers will damage blocks in the Resource World.
You're right - Doggy went and tested this in normal SVS world. There wasn't any block damage from the creeper explosion. I presume gogogan was in Resource World when this occurred. I took JK's word for it, my bad.
You may have been outside the perimeter of your claim, because if you did not execute /claimexplosions It would still blow upt
