Flying in lobby

Hello.
You know the V.I.P. command you can do in the lobby? /fly?
I was using it to get to parkour from dirtblock.
Then my computer shut down.
And now when I get into the server, I'm still flying, and it kicks me from the whole server with this message:
"Flying is not enabled on this server."
Please, can you help?

It still glitches and kicks me.
