How do I protect my stuff? We have a very neat and easy to use protection plugin. When you place your first storage chest, a protected area is automatically created around it. You can easily resize this later, or move it or make new ones. The amount of area that you can protect is limited by your rank and time played on the server. For more information, there is an incredibly easy-to-understand video in the next question's answer. Can you protect my stuff for me? In most cases, no. Moderators are very busy, and it is incredibly easy to do it yourself. Just watch this video: Someone griefed my house! Help! Why didn't you protect it? It is still not OK that someone damaged your stuff, and we can find out who did it and deal with that person. We will also require you to protect your area if we have to fix it. Once you have it protected, we may roll back any damage that was done to it if it was severe. You will be responsible for fixing any minor damage if you choose not to protect your stuff (its so easy!) I can't connect, what's wrong? There could be many reasons for this. Perhaps our server is down, or perhaps Mojang's servers are down. You can check the status of Mojang's servers at http://help.mojang.com Can I advertise my server/YouTube channel/website/etc. on your forums or in-game? Short answer: no. If you have a helpful video or Minecraft-related website that you think would be of value to our players, you may bring it to my attention and if it's worthwhile, I'll even post it on the main website. It is never OK to advertise for another server using ours. We don't know anything about other servers, including whether or not it is a safe place for children to play. The last thing we want is to send kids off to a place full of foul language and hate. Where is the server located? We use OVH-US as our host, and the server is housed at the BHS datacenter in Montreal, Canada. How often do you reset the map? Will my builds be around forever? We only reset our map when it is absolutely necessary, either due to overcrowding or new Minecraft patches that introduce things that can only be found in newly generated chunks. Recently with the 1.3 patch, Emerald Ore as well as desert and jungle temples were introduced, and we started a new map because of this. Whenever we retire a map, we offer it for download, so that you will never lose your creations and can keep them and load them up yourself to play whenever you like. In that sense, it is feasible that you can keep your builds "forever," just not on our server. Our Creative world is small, and since it is meant for 'testing' your builds and redstone contraptions (not for fantastic creations), may be reset at any time without notice. You can count on your builds being around for anywhere from 3-9 months (depending on Minecraft updates and how old the map was when you started). When maps are reset, we reset everything (except ranks). Your inventory, the whole world, and any economy balance you may have is all wiped and we all start over fresh.

Cherrac is busy with other things and the server and he probably gets tons of Pms every day, he might not have time to answer you right away.

You mean your signature? If you scroll to the top and put your mouse over your name, a tab will open up and you can click signature and type what you wish, it will appear after any post you put on a thread, past present and future.
