Help me! I'm stuck in Parkour!

    So, I know that this should be put in the Get Help! section of forums, but something is going on with the perms on my laptop and I'm only allowed to post here. Anyways, I have logged on to Sandlot from an almost 6 month break (hooray!). I decided, let's do some parkour today! So, I obviously go to Parkour. When I log in, I'm stuck in this area with 5 sections. They are Create, Jump, Droppers, Maze and Plots. I remember before I last left joining this area and being confused, as I am now. I have a couple screenshots of this area, but they're not the best regarding that I'm on a Mac and have to crop out the images to take one. If anyone knows how to leave this area, I'd really appreciate it since I'd love to start playing player-created parkours!
