Help! Name Changed and HG Stats Gone!?

So, first I looked up how to change your minecraft name and found they made it yesterday! Then i decided to test it and i changed my ign from Mariokart617 to Mariokart617Durp (i know i weird) And i tried on single player and it worked! I logged in to sandlot but it didn't work. I said ok, and went to play some HG and then, poof my name is different and my stats and kits are all gone. I calmed myself down and then went to the place to change your ign again, but it said i couldn't do it in another 30 days. Yeah. 30. So I was wondering 3 things:
1. Can I get help to get my stats and kits back?
2. Can i change my name back in less than 30 days? (Might need mojang/minecraft developer)
3. And lastly, When/if i change my name back, will my stats be back to normal and my kits?
If you can answer any of these questions, Thank you it will help me a lot.

I can answer number two, you have to wait 30 days.

 

There was a post on this, it said you would lose access, stats, etc. from changing names.

 

Hmm, didn't see that. Mariokart617 is in topstats still doe no one steal my name until 30 days is over

 

The namechanges have a cooldown of 30 days so you can't just keep changing names constantly.

If you change your name, no one can take it for around 35 days or so. Soo if you decide you don't like your new name, you can get the old one back without worry.

 

Thank you Drzzter, that makes me less worried. Well sorta. Ill keep myself occupied with other things in the meanwhile, so if im offline a lot yeah wait a bit ill be back lol.
