Hi, My son is frozen out of skyblock since yesterday. He can log in to skyblock but the screen is frozen with his character placing redstone. Can't move, can't do commands, can't chat. He thinks he placed the redstone in the wrong place and created a really laggy circuit. If he logs in using 1.7.9 ( and some of the earlier versions) he gets kicked out of skyblock into the lobby. He can then disconnect and sign back in using 1.8.4 and will end up in the lobby as the last place he was at. From the lobby and using 1.8.4 he still can not get into skyblock without it being frozen. From the lobby using 1.8.4 he can get into parkour & svs no problem. My character, Gedzi, is also frozen on zilory's island. Gedzi was on the island but was/is not part of the island group. Don't know if anyone else has tried to warp to zilory's island and successfully moved around, or was able to leave the island, or also got frozen. I updated java ( including removing older versions); I backed up the .minecraft folder and deleted and installed newly downloaded .minecraft folder; No change so I then reinstalled the backed up .minecraft folder; I checked and re-created the profiles. Nothing has worked. Help please ! Thank you. ps kyukuro was kind enough to warp to my island and he got stuck too. so it must be my island - the island of doom .....!!! -zilory and Gedzi
Are either of you online right now? I could try to teleport to the Island and see if there's a problem
I warped to your island, and it killed my Minecraft (In the metaphorical sense) I guess I'm stuck - I can't do anything
Ok sorry and thank you you can't get to othere islands but if you wanna get out of skyblock you can get on an earlier version of minecraft, it will kick you off skyblock and into the lobby then you can relog with an up to date veirsion of minecraft. Thanks agian
There was a redstone clock left on, going at a very high tick rate. I have removed it which should fix it.
Thank you c0wg0d. And after you fixed his island... his computer died ! Had to take apart tablet and dis/re -connect battery so would start charging again.
