I'd like to join with my daughter and I think we followed the instructions to sign up on the forum. But when ever either of us connect it says that we are not able to connect because of the white list. I might be confused by one part, now that our accounts have been migrated to microsoft does the white list need the "Profile Name" or the "Xbox gamertag"? I see where you both tried to log in and could not. Just in case something glitched, I approved both applications again. You should have gotten an email to that effect. I confirmed that both showed as being whitelisted in our records. Both accounts should now be whitelisted. If you still have trouble logging in, please let us know.
