You have to wait for the email that says that you are white listed first then you will be able to join the Sandlot.
Well, if you mean you want to be whitelisted to join, you'll have to submit a whitelist application. The application can be found here. http://www.sandlotminecraft.com/index.php?pages/whitelistapp/ Once you submit an application you'll have to wait for moderators to look over it, if it's accepted you'll be sent an email. It can take between an hour or two.. sometimes a day.
