Well you just hover your mouse above your name in the top-right corner of your screen, and click on "Signature" than type what ever you want as your description! Don't forget to save it! Then enjoy.
to add to trouble's post ill just quote a minor 'how to use' thing from an older post of mine: On the top of the signature interface there is a line of stuff you can do to change what your text looks like.On the far left there is buttons that change your font,then next there is an underlined A if you click that then all the colors you can use show up there,next is the font size,then font families. those are likely the things you will use the most when making a signature hope it helps!
