How long for VIP to load?

    I purchased VIP about 30 minutes ago and it hasn't loaded yet. The email receipt says it should take 10-15 minutes. Any suggestions?

    I'm trying a new configuration that should update VIP status across all servers every 15 minutes. I've been hesitant to do so for performance reasons, but we'll see how it goes.
