Well.. the whitelist application is on this website, so if you have a new email, it has to be whitelisted. You can't transfer stuff unless your old MC account unclaims and then you can claim stuff.
If it helps, being gone over a year (4?), your creative plot was deleted already, and the Easy server reset in March 2020. You may have stuff on the Normal server, but it would belong to your old account so you would have to relog as that account and trust you or change the claim owner (earn claim blocks if needed). Easier to start fresh there is that is impossible. In any case, ask on each server for help... lots of friendly people willing to help! And of course, the Hard server resets mostly monthly.

Since your username of 'Taneam' shows up here on forums as joined in 2014, I guess it is still an active account. The new account will get a separate whitelist, so then you will have two user accounts? (people do that... ) Unless you changed the name on the Minecraft website, this account won't change it's name.

Because the accounts have separate UUID's, they are treated as separate players on Sandlot. We don't merge an alt account with a main account, because both accounts have unique UUIDs.

KriskKaT has explained that Taneam can transfer any claim(s) in Normal (formerly SVS) to the new account. Similarly, if you have a Skyblock island, then you may have the Taneam account make this account the island owner.

You can make a note in each account that the other is an alt account.

If you no longer control the Taneam account, then we would like to know that so we can remove that account from the whitelist.
