Kicked for sending too many packets

I was recently (by recently I mean a minute ago) kicked from Dirtblock for sending "too many packets."
I think @Wiilops did a thread on this before.
What does this mean?

 

But I wasn't spamming a sign.
I was just restarting my island.
And while I was waiting I went to the upstairs to look at the tutorials.
It kept teleporting me a few steps back and then kicked me out.

 

Restarting an island creates lots of lag, which explains telporting you back. The likely answer is that your computer got overwhelmed with the lag and crashed. No biggy.
