my account has been approved but i am still unable to connect to the server

    When you try to join what does it say? If there is an red x that means you're probably using 1.9 the server runs 1.8 so you will need to switch. However need more info as to why you cannot join.

    I already made a new profile for older version of server 1.8.9

    It says
    Kicked whilst connecting to lobby: the sandlot is white listed. Visit sandlot to sign up.

    The username you signed up with on the forums must be the same as the Minecraft IGN you wish to play as, because the name you enter in here is the name which will be added to the whitelist. Is your Minecraft username 'kgaret01' ?
