My daughter "Ninja Gwen" invited another player to share the house that she built. The other player has locked my daughter out of all of her chests and smelter. I have never played Minecraft before, but I did jump on and read the "help" sections and I did try to remove the permission by /untrust and then listing the players name. It comes back saying that the player in question has not given my daughter permission to untrust her. This problem was noticed today. My daughter did ask the other player to stop and the player said that they did not know how. Is there a way to fix this? My daughter is 10 and really upset about the lost work. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do on my end to fix it. Thank you.
Hello. It sounds like this happened on the Easy server, is that correct? It also sounds like your daughter was building/playing on a land claim that belonged to someone else, and that player decided to lock/untrust her from the claim, meaning she is now unable to open chests and furnaces as you described. The easiest way to deal with this is to find a moderator online next time your daughter is online so we can investigate. Admin names are in green (or sometimes red), and you can see everyone who is online by typing /glist.
I will jump on now and look for someone. My daughter claims that it was her land that she built on. She said that it was on the Easy server. I have no clue what happened.
cowgod, my daughter let me know that you found let me know that you found her and fixed everything. Thank you very much.
