New Signup - confirmation email not getting through

    Hi! My son and I have been enjoying the Sandlot for a good week now.

    My daughter wants to join too, and I filled out a new signup for her yesterday. But the confirmation email hasn't arrived! I've clicked "resend" 2 or 3 times in the past 24 hours, but still no luck.

    I did check to make sure her email address is spelled correctly, and she's getting email from other sources. Is there a problem with the signup service?

    Hey WileEWonka! We are happy you and your son have been enjoying the Sandlot!

    Sometimes it just takes the moderators a little time to whitelist new players, so there shouldn’t be a problem with the signup service, but c0wg0d or another moderator will let you know and help you if there is.

    Hi TruWolf! Thanks for the reply.
    I know it can take a while for the moderators to whitelist new players, especially on a week like this one when they're likely busy getting ready for the hardware upgrade. But I'm not even at that point yet. We haven't even received the automated "confirm your email address" email, that we need to respond to before my daughter gets into the queue for whitelisting.

    When we try to log in to the website as her, it gives a message that she needs to respond to that automated email, and a link to have the system re-send it. We've clicked that link two or three times, but still have no confirmation request in her inbox.

    That's the trouble I'm having, making me wonder if there's an issue with the signup system.

    Sorry you are experiencing difficulties. What is your daughter's Minecraft name?

    Hi! My daughter goes by FlowerPrincess9.

    I resent the confirmation email for FlowerPrincess9. If you do not get it, please send us an email or send me a conversation with the correct email address. I will confirm the address in our records and resend the confirmation if needed.
