Odd error message

I'm trying to log on to the sandlot, and I get a message saying 'failing to connect to servers; are they down?'

I checked the website and it says that sandlot is up and running. Any ideas??

I was getting that for a while, and yesterday I kept getting booted for lag. Not sure what was up.

 

I have found that this has been happening to me quite a bit too. What I usually do is just restart my computer and after it's done I refresh Sandlot a few times for "good luck" lol. It works pretty consistently for me. -Oh and I'm assuming that just restarting Minecraft would work too. There's probably no need to go through the painful minutes of sitting at your computer waiting for it to restart.

hmmm. it doesn't seem to be letting me join. odd. it must be very laggy. right now it says there are only two people on the server. :/

Oops, I started a new thread with this error message. The people that are on the server now have been on for a while. I wonder if it will reset after they log off.

 

please do not refer to other minecraft servers

 

Im getting this error message too today and i dont know what is wrong. M_a_t_t_e_o and Razz_ are the only 2 online. Weird

 

I was finally able to log on after a bit, but it seems to be doing it again. I've rebooted Minecraft twice but now I'll go through the painful process of rebooting the computer (at least it's a Mac ) Thanks all!!!
