Hello, I am currently whitelisted under Minecraft Bedrock account. Is it possible to switch to Java using the same SandLot login and keep all my progress? My Java Profile name is actually the same as my Bedrock (XBox) account: SluggyCube52 (see screenshot below). Thank you.
No, you need to file a separate whitelist application for your java account. We can merge forums but you're going to have to transfer claims and account balances to the other account.
Thanks for the quick reply. I will have to wait 30 days to change my Java user name since I just changed it and I believe my Java name has to be different from Bedrock name to work on Sandlot.
No, we put a period in front of a Bedrock player's username so that we can tell it apart from the java version. You can just file a whitelist application, and in the remarks tell us that it is an alternate account for the other account.
It is best that there is some difference in the names, but the "." we add should be enough difference. An admin will merge the forums accounts, but you might want to give your Java account perms (I think it's build trust, I'll have to check) to all your claims and chests. In a pinch a mod can help if you forgot one. As mentioned, transfer money balances if that matters to you.
